The Jessica Powell Loftis Endowment for Acteens was established in January 1995 by WMU upon the initial gift by her mother, Deborah Carlton Loftis, and her grandparents, Captain David Stear and Mrs. Mary Carlton (Stear) La Moyne. Curriculum grants from this endowment will be awarded to churches to purchase Acteens missions discipleship materials from WMU. Grant awards will be determined by the WMU Foundation Board of Trustees using its established application process and distributed based on a reimbursement policy once the reimbursement form and accompanying invoice receipts are received by the Foundation.
